HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR DISCOUNT:

 

Microsoft has not set these websites up to allow coupon codes at the checkout so there is not a way for me to show a discounted price when you check out. The discount happens after your purchase is made, your card will appear as though it will be charged the full price, however, I MUST process each sale that goes through my website manually through paypal who runs my shopping cart and I have to accept each transaction that goes through my site and key in the amount that should be processed.

 

I cannot increase the amount unless those terms are included on the item you purchase such as a special order, but I can finalize the transaction for less. When I ship your merchandise to you I include a copy of the order which will show exactly what you are charged, you'll also be able to verify it on your credit card statement or through your bank if a debit card is used. I guarantee you that you will receive the discount promised on the purchase you make. Shipping is also free on all orders over $50. If you are purchasing a gift, I'll wrap it free and send it to the recipient with a card containing your personalized message.

Custom Order Policies:
Paying/Cost

Custom jewelry requires a 50% down payment before I can begin designing the item. The down payment is non-refundable because it will go towards purchasing materials. Because of the time involved between communication and ensuring I can get all the components to make your piece, sometimes I need to order from multiple vendors, after the design is approved and materials are ordered a 10% charge will be applied to the original cost of the item if more than one change is made to the design. 

 

Returns

Once you accept the piece you have 10 business days before the sale is considered final and no returns will be accepted. That time is provided so that once you receive it you may try it on with whatever it's intended to go with. If you should decide to return it follow the return process and once Beaded Inspirations has the item back and in good condition you will receive 50% of the purchase price back, however the 50% materials cost and shipping will not be refunded.

 

It is recommended that you return the piece insured and via a traceable shipping service such as UPS or Fed Ex. No refunds will be given on lost or damaged pieces returned.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can place an order with Beaded Inspirations by SQ right off the web. Payment is accepted through PayPal, a secure online payment processor. Using PayPal allows the transaction to be secure and you are NOT required to have a PayPal account. You can pay using your own Credit Card : Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover without worry. It's quick and easy. Just follow the Credit Card instructions at your Shopping Cart. We do not have a minimum order requirement. Simply add the item(s) using the "Add To Cart" button. When ready to check out use any of the "View Cart" buttons located on our website. Ordering online is easy and secure! All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your bank card and personal information. If you are not comfortable purchasing online use the online order form located on this page, instructions on use are right on the form.
NOTE - when using a credit/debit card we only ship to the "bank confirmed billing address" of the card. Items paid with Paypal only ship to the Paypal "confirmed address". A confirmed address is the address where you receive your credit/debit card bill or statement or has been confirmed thru Paypal. If payment is by check or money order we will ship to any address within the 50 United States that you specify.  

Q: If I order will I automatically be added to your email list?
A:
You will NOT be signed up automatically for emails. You must
subscribe. Your email address is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.

 

Special offers and discounts are sent only to email subscribers who will periodically receive information on new products, useful information, special offers and coupons.


Q: When I see something online for purchase, is there more than one?
A:
Almost all of our creations are one of a kind, and can not be duplicated. There may be a time when more than one buyer attempts to purchase the same item online and the server has not uploaded the proper information to show that the item has already been sold. If an item truly can not be duplicated, the customer that purchased the item first will have precedence. Any additional buyers will be notified and their payments will be returned immediately. If an item can reasonably be duplicated or recreated, then the customer will be given the choice to receive a refund or to have the item recreated for them. A delayed shipping timeline will be expected.

Q: How is my order shipped and is it Insured? 
A: We ship via UPS or Fed Ex. All packages are automatically insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please consult the shipping chart on this page to estimate your delivery. If there will be a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct shipping address, phone number and email address. You will choose your preferred method of shipping during checkout before  pressing the "Apply" button to apply that shipping method to your order. All our jewelry comes tastefully packaged or you may also choose to have your items gift wrapped for a a low fee of $1.50 per item. This is an option during checkout, with a space to write a note for the recipient as well. If you order more than one item and need separate gift messages, simply note which message is to be attached to which gift!
 
An additional note on gift wrap.
If I am giving a gift, I think it should look just as special on the outside as it does on the inside. I invite you to cash in on my free gift wrapping offer and I guarantee your gift recipient will be pleased. I also carry a good selection of holiday gift wrap so make sure that you let me know what the occasion is.  

Q: How soon will I get my order?
A:  Orders generally ship within 48-36 hours of receiving your order (except special / custom orders ). When you receive your item is going to be determined where you live.

Q: How do custom orders work?
A:
Custom jewelry is begun upon receipt of a 50% down payment. That enables me to purchase the materials necessary to make your personalized piece. Once the item is complete you will be notified and asked to pay the balance. Custom orders that I have the potential to resell can be returned if I am contacted within 5 days of receipt, however, the 50% materials deposit is non-refundable All personalized custom orders sales are final. Customers who change the original design more than 2 times are assessed a 20% custom order surcharge.
 
Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 10 days to 2 weeks depending on the order, availability of components and whether you make any subsequent changes to the design. All orders vary, if it's multiples for a bridal party that can be done relatively quicker than an order for 3 totally different items. I can give you a better time estimate once you contact me to initiate your order, the design has been agreed upon and I find out if the materials are immediately available
If there is an absolute due date, wedding or special occasion, please be sure to let me know when placing the order and I will see if I am able to accommodate that.
To try to ensure what you order will fit, most items listed have sizes, please follow the instructions located below.
 

One final note, if you do return a piece, it is recommended that you return the piece insured and via a traceable shipping service such as UPS or Fed Ex. No refunds will be given on lost or damaged pieces returned.  


Q: How do I make sure what I order will fit?
A: To find your bracelet size:
 
Use a tape measurer and measure around your wrist just below your wrist bone. Add 1/2 an inch to this measurement, and that's your bracelet size. If you don't have a tape measurer, use a piece of paper, string or ribbon and then measure whatever you use and add 1/2 an inch.

For Adult Bracelets standard sizes are usually:
7" - small
7 1/2" - average
8" - large

If you would like another size in between (up to 8") just place your request in the notes section at checkout.
The same process listed above should be used for anklets.

For necklaces, see what's already in your jewelry box, try a few things on with the neckline or outfit you are trying to match. Once you find something you think works, measure it and then check out the size listed on the item you are interested in purchasing. If there is something you like but the length may not be quite right, email me at susie@beadedinpirationsbysq.com and let me know the item number, description, and what your ideal length would be. If I can adjust the length with minimal effort, I will do so at no additional charge, if the item must be taken partially apart and more materials are needed to adjust it a minimum of $5.00 will be added to the cost of the item. If chain or additional beads or stones are needed price will vary. You will have this information before any adjustment are made so you can make a decision on purchasing that item, or maybe something custom might be more economical as well as being exactly what you are looking for.
 

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?
A:   If you need to cancel your beaded jewelry order. Email customer_assistance@beadedinspirationbysq.com, include your order number in your email. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order provided your order has not been shipped. In the event that a cancellation was requested and your order was inadvertently shipped our after notification, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if your order was already shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping after the merchandise is returned in saleable condition. Please refer to the section above for instruction on how to complete a return.

Q: What is your return policy

A:  What if I don't like it?" I know it's hard sometimes to tell whether or not what you see online will look the way you want it to. If you order something and you're not happy with it - it's not what you imagined or the color is wrong. I gladly except returns. All I ask is that you return the item within 15 business days from when you receive it. Please make sure the item's in the same condition as when sent to you. All returns or exchanges require our authorization you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns must be received by us within 10 business days of issuing you an RA number otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. Returned items must be in good condition and not altered in any way. We do not accept returns on custom, special order, sale or clearance items. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return. Any returned item should be packaged carefully in a padded envelope or sturdy box and we suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and including all parts and paperwork. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. All returns must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item saleable. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number. Shipping charges are not refundable 


Q: Is my personal information secure?

A:  We use Paypal as our shopping cart, and trust their Privacy Policy. However, any information that you share with Paypal, with the exception of your name and address (which we need to ship merchandise to you), are never seen by us or our site provider. All confidential financial information is on the Paypal site only. Beaded Inspirations by SQ has a privacy policy that was put together with great care to ensure any information provided is secure. Personal information means any information used to identify you - a first and last name, any home or physical address and an e-mail address or other contact information, whether at work or at home. You can be assured that when you visit our website you can do so without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself. If you chose to sign up for our mailing list we will continue to contact you occasionally with information on new items, sales, or show information. If at any time you do not wish to receive email from us, simply use the contact form and state you wish to be removed from our mailing list and we will respectfully comply. Q:  Do your items come with any kind of warranty?
A:  All of our creations are hand crafted with quality an utmost concern. They are designed to withstand normal wear. If any of our creations are defective, please contact us for repair, replacement or exchange. I guarantee all of my work for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 90 days repair is always available; you are merely responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs. The repair labor will always be free for the first year after purchase. Just send your insured item with $4.50 for return postage and handling.

Q:  How is gold-filled different from gold-plated?
A:
  Gold-filled, or gold overlay, is made by heat and pressure-bonding a thin layer of gold to a brass core. The gold covers the brass surface, making it tarnish resistant. The value of gold-filled is greater than gold-plated because gold-filled has an actual layer of gold, not just a microscopic film.

Q:  How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
A:
  Sterling silver is prone to tarnishing when it is exposed to the open air, especially when humidity is high. The best way to protect your sterling silver jewelry from tarnish is to store your jewelry in air tight containers. Plastic bags are commonly used and they store well in a jewelry box. Sterling silver is also a soft metal and it can be scratched. Store your jewelry away from other jewelry pieces by placing them in separate plastic bags. This will also protect other materials such as your pearls and other soft metals or stones. Gold fill can also tarnish and can be cared for in the same way.

Q:  I'm allergic to nickel, do you carry any jewelry that is nickel-free?
A:  Nickel is an inexpensive filler used in creating components with small amounts of gold or silver. The lower the karat weight of the gold, the more likely there is to be nickel to harden the metal for use. The good news is that I LOVE working with natural brass. and natural brass is NICKEL FREE. So the earrings, bracelets and necklaces I make with brass won't give you the sore itchy red splotches around your ears, neck or wrist.
